Eric Lee is a managing director for Berkadia Medical & Life Sciences. In this position, he focuses on providing comprehensive real estate and capital markets solutions for clients within healthcare real estate specialties, including medical office buildings, life sciences, hospitals, surgery centers, post-acute care and behavioral health facilities

Lee and his team successfully marketed and closed 17 sales and debt transactions totaling $165 million in their first 18 months working together. Within the past year, a key deal involved representing a publicly traded healthcare REIT closing an 11-property portfolio sale totaling 291,000 square feet.

Before joining Berkadia, Lee founded Blueprint Health Care Real Estate Advisors’ medical office team, growing the team to six individuals and closing 20 deals valued at $170 million over two years. He actively volunteers at a local food bank and with Habitat for Humanity.
