Jamison will complete six multifamily transactions totaling 1,400 units in 2024

As president of Jamison Properties, Garrett Lee leads the multifamily development company’s development arm.  Under Lee’s leadership over the past nine years, Jamison has brought over 5,000 apartment units to housing-starved Los Angeles, including 150 affordable units. In 2024, Jamison is scheduled to complete construction on six multifamily projects totaling 1,400 units, which broke ground after the pandemic.

Notable developments include the 230-unit Western Station and 100-unit Amara. Adaptive reuse projects include the 160-unit 3907 Wilshire (includes 77 guest apartments) and the 255-unit 695 Vermont, a mixed-use property.

Lee supports charitable and non-profit organizations throughout Southern California and serves on the board of the Korean American Coalition. He is committed to empowering the Jamison team and helping it understand its importance to the company’s success.

Lee has been honored by the Los Angeles Times (CRE Visionary). Thanks to Lee’s leadership, Jamison Properties has been named an Influencer in Multifamily.

These are just a few reasons we selected Garrett Lee as one of Connect CRE’s National 2024 Next Generation Award winners. Connect CRE’s seventh annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will strongly influence the commercial real estate industry.
