Pasha Gol
Project manager for the 2.5-million-square-foot Bend development in Toronto
Assisted with the six-story 52 Wooster, a condo development in SoHo
At Continental Ventures (CV), Vice President of Development Pasha Gol is responsible for managing the firm’s portfolio of U.S. She also devises and executes strategy for CV’s nationwide self-storage platform, which includes liaising with brokers and underwriting the platform’s growth. Additionally, Gol provides strategic oversight for Bayport Funding, CV’s lending platform.
Gol is project manager on The Bend development, a 2.5-million-square-foot master-planned development on Toronto’s Downtown East waterfront featuring work by a world-class team of architects, designers and master planners. She has also been instrumental in developing and selling 52 Wooster, a six-story luxury residential condo building in New York City’s SoHo neighborhood.
Previously, Gol worked at the New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC), where she oversaw the organization’s network of fifteen incubators and co-working spaces and managed several initiatives to strengthen NYC’s startup and entrepreneurial communities. Before joining NYCEDC, she was also an urban fellow in the Office of the Deputy Mayor for Economic Development.
Gol mentors students at the University of Pennsylvania, her alma mater. She is passionate about teaching and mentoring female students and newcomers to the industry.
