Led the team in the development and launch of VTS 4

Joined VTS as director of investor research, promoted to current position in three years

Max Saia is the global head of investor research for VTS. In this role, he leads the organization’s 10-person research team, which is located in the United States and London. He is responsible for transforming VTS’ extensive predictive data set into actionable, industry-leading intelligence for the office market.

Within the past year, Saia led his team in exploring how to best adapt VTS’ offerings in response to the immense changes and evolution the office market is experiencing. This effort helped bring predictive market data to life as part of the recent launch of VTS 4. VTS 4 leverages AI to connect and source intelligence from over 300 million data points across 13 billion square feet of space managed on the VTS platform. The model transforms how landlords understand and act through real-time and predictive tenant demand insights six to nine months ahead of current leasing activity.

Launching his career at VTS as a director of investor research, Saia quickly demonstrated the industry prowess, strategic and innovative vision, and personable leadership skills that elevated him to his current role in just three years.

These are just a few reasons we selected Max Saia as one of Connect CRE’s National 2024 Next Generation Award winners. Connect CRE’s seventh annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will strongly influence the commercial real estate industry.
