Led business effort for recapitalization to ART/SRE
Jake Robbins is Anchor Health Properties’ Executive Vice President, Portfolio Strategy. He oversees the company’s accounting and finance department and manages a portfolio that exceeds 9 million square feet with a gross asset value of over $3 billion.
Robbins led acquisition and development transactions totaling over $500 million and played a crucial role in negotiating joint ventures, raising over $500 million in equity. He’s been pivotal in establishing and refining Anchor Health’s corporate and portfolio accounting and financial reporting processes. He also helped expand the company from four employees to over 100 within ten years.
Notable achievements include leading the business efforts for the Anchor recapitalization to ART/SRE. He helped launch a new programmatic relationship with a best-in-class equity partner, resulting in $250 million in equity commitments within the first 18 months.
Robbins is active in his community through his support of the World Central Kitchen.
