Handled sale of two of the nation’s largest cannabis dispensaries

Christian Tremblay is vice president of commercial investment sales for Northmarq. He specializes in selling single-tenant and multitenant net lease retail, cannabis and industrial properties, having closed $600 million in transaction volume.

Over the past two years, he has become one of the leading cannabis investment sales brokers in the country, handling the sale of two of the largest cannabis dispensaries in the country: the Curaleaf Dispensary in Chicago and The Bakerie Dispensary in Long Beach, CA. He has been in the industry for ten years. 

Tremblay is an active member of the Real Estate Investment Association and the Harold E. Eisenberg Foundation, where he mentors college students.

Northmarq has honored Tremblay as a Rising Star and he is a member of the company’s Producer Council, comprising non-managing directors grossing more than $725,000.
