As an integral member of Avison Young’s corporate finance team, Vice President Marissa Rose advises corporate clients on sale-leaseback transactions and other strategic real estate decisions. She is also responsible for market research, property underwriting, and the preparation of offering materials for capital market transactions. She advises corporate clients on sale-leaseback transactions and additional real estate strategies.

Rose served as vice president of events at the Kellogg Real Estate Club while obtaining her MBA at Northwestern University’s Kellogg Business School of Management. She was selected as a Goldie Scholar and represents Avison Young as a Goldie Initiatives board member. She also co-chairs the Goldie Initiative’s Alumnae and Events Committee and mentors the organization.

She was selected as a 2024 Bisnow Chicago Women Leading Real Estate Award winner. Avison Young honored her with the Sean Faught Emerging Talent Award.
