Nina M. Roket

Nina M. Roket serves as Olshan’s co-managing Partner and is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. As Co-Chair of the Real Estate Law Practice, Chair of the Leasing Practice, Co-Leader of the Loan Restructuring and Distressed Real Estate Practice, Chair of the Hiring Committee, and Founder and Chair of the Women’s Committee, Roket guides the firm’s direction and the real estate industry at large. She structures leasing, property transfer and finance transactions for well-known properties, their owners, developers and investors.

Roket is also creating and growing a unique specialty practice in the data center space, which she has further developed in response to the expansion of artificial intelligence. She has successfully negotiated data center leases, colocation agreements, and other real estate and technology-related agreements for owners and operators.

She has represented JEMB Realty in its leasing program for its office and multi-use buildings, including One Willoughby Square in Brooklyn, NY. She also represented the Resorts Casino Hotel in Atlantic City in its lease negotiations with Margaritaville.

Roket founded Olshan’s Women’s Committee as a networking and business development platform for women lawyers, clients, and colleagues. She is a member of and mentor with New York Women Executives in Real Estate (WX) and ULI.

She has been recognized by Lawdragon 500 (Leading Dealmakers in America), Chambers USA (Leading Lawyers in Real Estate, Mainly Dirt), and The Best Lawyers in America (Real Estate Law). Additional accolades include “Notable Diverse Leaders in Law” and “Notable Women in Law” (Crain’s New York Business).
