Matthew Kasindorf, Co-Chair of Meister Seelig’s Real Estate Group, is an expert and leader in the middle-market entrepreneurial space from coast to coast. His practice spans all facets of real estate, including leasing, sales, acquisitions, financing, development and zoning matters. He has experience structuring joint ventures and investment funds and handling complex financing transactions like securitized mortgages, multi-tranche mezzanine loans and portfolio acquisitions.

Kasindorf represents many real estate clients, including family offices, insurance companies, data center operators, pension fund advisors, institutional investors, and emerging entrepreneurs. His understanding of sophisticated leasing across office, retail, and industrial sectors further emphasizes his ability to navigate the complexities of high-stakes deals. Beyond his transactional work, Kasindorf is an adjunct professor at NYU’s Schack Institute of Real Estate, where he developed the “Atomic Networking®” series and is known as the Chief Networking Officer (CNO).
