She is an expert in the origination, acquisition, and disposition of mortgage loans, mezzanine financings, preferred equity, bridge loans, and corporate debt.

Key deals in the last year include restructuring and exercising remedies on a $1.2-billion construction project and a lender in connection with a mortgage loan secured by a hotel in the Bahamas. She also represented a balance sheet lender in originating over $1 billion of mortgage loans, a mezzanine lender in the origination of $1.2 billion in mortgage and mezzanine loans for a research and development project in San Diego and a lender syndicate in a $680-million construction loan for a development project in Cambridge, MA.

Blakeslee serves on the New York Restoration Project board and is a member of She Builds.
