The team is part of CBRE’s Northern Virginia Data Solutions practice, which has grown to seven dedicated professionals. They continue maintaining excellent market share, having executed 60% of the Northern Virginia region’s institutional data center investment sales. One notable transaction involved the sale of 1,500 acres of data center land for development.
