Located on the northwest corner of Connecticut Avenue and Calvert Street NW, 2600 Connecticut Avenue NW Chipotle Woodley Park is one of the most recognizable buildings in DC. The corner space is leased by Chipotle, which recently renewed its lease for an additional 10 years, and two other tenants: Eddie’s Cafe Chinese Restaurant and Building, a workspace design, architecture, and problem-solving local business.
