Adam Schindler is widely considered to be one of the premier tenant rep brokers in the DC metro market. Recently promoted to Vice Chairman at Colliers, Schindler, with help from his team, closed 115 office transactions totaling more than 1.2 million square feet, at a deal volume of more than $414 million.
Schindler signed leases with leading life science groups and healthcare providers. The most notable was a 250,000-square-foot build-to-suit lease for MilliporeSigma, known locally as BioReliance, at Alexandria Center Traville Gateway in Rockville, MD.
Schindler’s successful healthcare advisory earned him the title of “Top Healthcare Producer” over the recent years among all Colliers offices across the United States as well as numerous additional industry recognitions and awards.
