Gibbs and his partner represent Prologis in a 24-building property totaling approximately 2.1 million square feet; the project is currently 99% leased. Notable, build-to-suit transactions include 15 buildings totaling 1.8 million square feet for VADATA Inc.; 250,000 square feet for Fort Motor Credit; 80,000 square feet for Ethan Allen Inc.; 80,000 square feet for Westcon Group North American Inc. and 65,000 square feet for MSI International.
Gibbs joined CBRE in 1996. Since that time, he has represented some of the most prominent institutional landlords and tenants in the industry and completed multiple land sales and build-to-suit lease/sale transactions.
