Colliers Industrial Team of Brian Siegel (Executive Vice President), Thomas Gentner (Executive Vice President), Brian Watts (Senior Vice President) and Jason Sullivan (Senior Vice President) operates out of the company’s Columbia, MD office. In 2022, the team completed 116 leasing and sales transactions, totaling more than 2.4 million square feet and a total consideration of more than $85 million.
During the past year, the team was particularly active on leasing deals in the 20,000-square-foot to 50,000 square-foot range, comprising more than 25% of their total leasing transactions. Team members completed several larger deals as well, including a 101,000-square-foot advisory assignment for Emcor Group, Inc. at Brookfield Properties’ 4653 Hollins Ferry Road in Halethorpe, MD.
The team predominantly specializes in industrial and flex/industrial product largely focused on the entire Maryland region, including, but not limited to Greater Baltimore, Hagerstown and the full I-95 corridor.
