Notable transaction included $127-million sale of 11-building Virginia-95 Portfolio
Cushman & Wakefield’s seven-member, Washington, D.C.-based investment sales team has a combined total of 169 years of commercial real estate experience. Led by Bill Collins (Executive Vice Chair), the team consists of Paul Collins, Drew Flood, Eric Berkman, Shaun Weinberg, Shaun Collins and Kevin Sidney. In 2022, the team closed 28 transactions totaling a sales volume of more than $1.9 billion.
The team had several notable deals this year, including the sale of Plaza 500, one of the largest single industrial buildings to sell in Washington, D.C.. The team brokered the $127 million sale of the Virginia-95 Portfolio, an 11-building, 734,418-square-foot portfolio in Springfield, VA; and the $220-million sale of the five-building, 860,476-square-foot NoVa Cybersecurity and Defense Infrastructure Portfolio in Northern Virginia.
The team also arranged the largest financing deal in D.C., a record-breaking procurement financing of $643 million for The Stacks, a 1.15-million-square-foot mixed-use asset.
