Oversees property management at the Class A office complex, University Circle

Developed a reputation for DEI-related activism and community involvement

Michelle L. Goudeaux, Columbia Property Trust’s Director of Property Management, is a key member of the company. In her role, she oversees all aspects of property management at University Circle, a Class-A office complex in East Palo Alto (EPA). In addition to managing the property and serving 18 companies spread across three office buildings, Goudeaux is focused on leading a program to communicate plans about development of a fourth office building and community-focused amenities to the University Circle campus.

With 25 years of industry experience, Goudeaux uses her access and platform to contribute significantly to her team and to serve those in need. Throughout her career, she’s developed a reputation for diversity, equity and inclusion-related activism and community involvement.

In 2020, Columbia Property Trust rebuilt its approach to DEI. Goudeaux serves as Chairperson of the DEI Oversight Committee, a sounding board to the four internal working groups focused on both internal and external DEI initiatives.

An advocate for women in the commercial real estate industry, Goudeaux is an active CREW member, currently serving as President-Elect of the Silicon Valley Chapter and Champion Director with the CREW Network Foundation. She is also past chair of the Programs Committee.

Goudeaux serves the greater East Palo Alto community. She helped launch the annual citywide Holiday in the Park Toy Giveaway in partnership with local non-profit Live in Peace. She also organizes an annual coat drive to support Project We Hope, collecting coat donations in bins placed throughout University Circle’s lobbies.

These are just a few of the reasons we chose Michelle L. Goudeaux as one of California’s 2022 Women in Real Estate Award winners. Connect CRE’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected positions of leadership and play key mentorship roles for others.
