Adrienne Barr is a Managing Director with Berkadia, specializing in multifamily sales throughout the greater Los Angeles area. Since 2001, she has closed on the acquisition and sale of approximately 281 apartment buildings, condominium conversions/reversions, and multifamily development sites, with the combined deals valued in excess of $2.87 billion.

Barr recently marketed and sold the eight-property, 723-unit Venture Portfolio for $278 million. She also recently sold the 164-unit Vines apartment community $93 million, setting a record price per unit for 100-plus unit apartment sales in Ventura County.

A native of Southern California, she offers a depth of local market knowledge and experience. Her relationships based on trust and strengthened by a strong commitment to excellence. Her background as an attorney has helped direct her clients to successful outcomes.

From the beginning of her brokerage career 22 years ago, Barr has focused exclusively on multifamily sales. She was recognized as “Rookie of the Year” in her first year as a commissioned broker and earned the title of First Vice President in short time. She was also selected for a highly prestigious “Emerging Leaders” program. She is the only woman to earn the title of top producer nationally in Investment Sales at Berkadia and is one of the most active brokers in the greater Los Angeles market.

Barr is a mentor and advocate for women. She has served on the Collins & Katz Family YMCA board. Barr is a member of the State Bar of California and achieved her CCIM designation.
