Anita Paryani-Rice is a senior vice president capital markets of Los Angeles-based IPA Capital Markets based. In her role, she is primarily responsible for the placement of debt and equity transactions throughout the United States. During the past year, Paryani-Rice has placed more than $4 billion transactions, and more than $520 million in debt and equity transactions.
During the pandemic, Paryani-Rice increased revenue. She obtained new clients by presenting creative debt solutions during uncertain times and continues to provide guidance and leadership to her peers. Because of this, she handled difficult transactions including arranging a retail lifestyle construction loan in a secondary market, closing five retail CMBS loans, and closing several bridge-to-bridge loans. The latter provided cash out and lower interest rates for the sponsors.

She was also inducted into the prestigious SIA (Senior Investment Associates) club and the Chairman’s Club in 2021, the firm’s highest level of honor.
Her community involvement includes serving on the boards of the USC Lusk Center and the Progressive Osseous Heteroplasia Association.
These are just a few of the reasons we chose Anita Paryani-Rice as one of California’s 2022 Women in Real Estate Award winners.
