Amanda Spangler

Amanda Spangler joined Colliers in 2021 as Managing Director for the Inland Empire and Orange County offices. In connection with Jodie Poirier, Colliers Executive Managing Director, and Greater Los Angeles Market Leader, the women are the first female duo to oversee a global commercial real estate services company’s operations in the Greater Los Angeles region.

Spangler’s oversight involves 70 brokerage professionals across two of the highest-volume and top-producing markets nationally. She works diligently to strengthen business development, improve service delivery and recruit top industry talent. Among her many duties and objectives, She places great emphasis on expansion, focusing on organic growth through her sales professional’s business plans and unique client opportunities and offerings.

Laser-focused on elevated client care, Spangler is passionate about connecting with and tailoring to the specific needs of Colliers clients. She views the detailed understanding of client goals as paramount in developing strategic, collaborative and successful relationships.

An exemplary role model for aspiring young women and fellow commercial real estate professionals, she leads with an entrepreneurial spirit through her collaborative and dynamic management style.

Spangler is also dedicated to increasing community initiatives and philanthropic efforts for her offices. Partnering with local commercial real estate industry organizations and groups to best serve the individualized needs of our communities remains her goal in future planning.
