As Senior Director of Research and Strategy, and head of Americas Work Dynamics and Industries Research, Amber Schiada has been a first-hand contributor to the industry’s reliance on, and evolution toward, deep-market intelligence and insightful research. Her efforts deliver best-in-class research and strategies to some of the world’s most prominent real estate occupiers and investors.
An expert in economic and demographic analysis, industry and workplace trends, and real estate forecasting, Schiada never turns down an opportunity to roll up her sleeves and dig into a challenging and complex project.
She began her career as a Rosen Consulting Group analyst. In 2011, Schiada joined JLL in San Francisco as a senior research analyst. She eventually assumed leadership of the entire Northern California region, before relocating to Los Angeles, where she led the Southwest region’s research teams. In 2021, Schiada moved into a national role, leading the research for JLL’s Work Dynamics business and industries.
Schiada’s talent in creating models helped transform industry research from informative market analysis to actional industry insights. Her ability to collaborate and welcome the contributions of others ensures a holistic perspective in JLL’s research findings.
Schiada is a member of the ULI and CREW and has served as the Co-President of the Northern California CoreNet Young Leaders Group. She’s also a regular volunteer at her local animal shelter.
