Manages two, 800,000-square-foot Class A buildings in Houston

Currently serving as interim General Manager of Granite Atlanta

Recognized as BOMA's Young Professional of the Year and International Rising Star

Natali Juarbe began her career with Granite Properties in 2016 as a property manager; she was promoted to her current position as Senior Property Manager in 2022.

She manages all aspects of two Class-A office buildings in Houston, which total approximately 800,000 square feet. Juarbe was also the point person for COVID-19 related matters. During the pandemic, she was in constant communication with customers to share Granite’s updates, efforts and the preparations Granite made to the office buildings to help with the transition from WFH to returning to the office.

Reflecting Juarbe’s high level of performance and leadership skills, Granite asked her to serve as the interim General Manager of Granite Atlanta; she is splitting time between Atlanta and Houston. As part of her duties in Atlanta, Juarbe supports the property experience team with bidding and awarding service contracts, financial reporting and management. She also oversees onboarding and new member training to accommodate the company’s growth in the Atlanta market, and is providing high-level oversight of City View and the recently acquired 3636 Peachtree, among others.

Juarbe many accomplishments include leading the national budgeting training for Granite, which included training the managers in all markets about the budgeting process. She’s also the go-to source for all managers as it relates to budget questions.

Juarbe is an involved member of Houston Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and was elected to their 2022 Board of Directors for a three-year term. She was recognized as the Houston BOMA Young Professional of the Year (2017) and BOMA International Rising Star (2018). She is also a graduate of BOMA’s leadership LYCEUM program. Juarbe is a CPM (Certified Property Manager) candidate of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).

Additionally, Juarbe was recognized as a Houston Business Journal’s Women Who Mean Business, Women to Watch 2020 honoree, the 2021 REDNews Award winner for Property Manager of the Year and a Bisnow 2021 Women Leading Real Estate Rising Star. After just one year with Granite, she received the organization’s Exceeding Expectations Award.

These are just a few reasons we chose Juarbe as one of Texas’ 2022 Next Generation Award winners. Connect Media’s sixth annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders in the commercial real estate industry who are likely to be influential for years to come.
