As Vice President-Leasing with the Trademark Company, Kaitlin Travis acts with determination and is leading the entire property team through one of the most productive leasing periods in the history of the Market Street Project in The Woodlands, TX, all during a pandemic. Her impressive ability to teach younger members skills needed to charge successful leasing projects is a constant reflection her commitment to her team and projects’ Travis’ skills were key in the ability of the Trademark team to lease the most space in the recent history of the company.

She joined the company in late 2011. During her tenure, she has built and maintained great relationships with many of the top retailers in the country. These relationships have resulted in leases that elevate Trademark’s standing on a national scale. She is great at seeing deals through completion and consciously works to lock down seemingly unlikely transaction. Travis uses deal-specific data to craft cases that add value to projects, often earning approval to move forward.

Notable leases she completed as part of the ongoing remerchandising of Rice Village in Houston, Market Street – The Woodlands, WestBend Fort Worth, and Trademark’s previously owned Watters Creek in Allen, TX include deals with retailers such as Shake Shack, Nike, Peloton, Sunglass hut, Madison Reed, Starbucks and Mutt’s Canine Cantina.
