Elizabeth Loving
Spearheaded a sublease transaction for 120,000 square feet in Las Vegas

As Mohr Partners Director, Elizabeth Loving advises and oversees corporate real estate portfolios across North America. She also serves as senior advisor for Mohr Capital, a Dallas-based commercial real estate investment firm that acquires, develops, and value-enhances corporate office, industrial and retail properties.
Early on in her tenure, Loving saw an opportunity that others advised her to avoid. The lead for a logistics company in Long Beach, CA, didn’t like working with brokers. When Loving approached him, she told him upfront that she was new to the industry and would work tirelessly on his behalf. She earned his trust and brokered a 20-acre lease renewal transaction in the Port of Long Beach.
Loving also handled a complicated sublease transaction for a 120,000-square-foot space in Las Vegas in 2020. Despite the soft office market, she knew the deal would require a particular kind of client. She and her team found a group to backfill the space, also achieving $23 million in rent savings.
She uses strategy in conjunction with her business acumen to help clients feel more comfortable with their decisions. When they ask for help that is beyond a typical broker-client relationship, she doesn’t hesitate to help them. And that approach has paid off; most of her deals result from repeat business. She has generated over $245 million in transaction value over her seven-year career.
She is an active member of International Warehouse & Logistics Association (IWLA), and Industrial Asset Management Council (IAMC). She was a speaker at the 2020 IWLA Convention and hosted a webinar on Real Estate Strategies during COVID-19 for IWLA members. In 2021 she spoke at the IAMC Spring Forum on “An Investors Perspective on Value Added-Tools for the Corporate Real Estate Executive.” She was also named Mohr Partners 2022 Emerging Star.
Loving is a licensed real estate professional in Texas, Illinois and Nevada, and received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in music with a concentration in voice performance from Texas State University and Roosevelt University, respectively.
