Daniel Poku joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 2014, with a focus on tenant representation. His job focuses on regional and national rollout of retail brands like American Eagle, Carter’s, OshKosh b’Gosh, Sleep Number, Express and Ideal Image. He also represents newer experiential and fitness brands like Scissors and Scotch, Mayweather, Spenga, Sandbox VR and Candytopia. Poku also represents clients in acquisitions and dispositions of high-profile infill properties.

He serves his community as a youth director and campus pastor with Shoreline City Church, and is a Diversity Equity and Inclusion Council Member. Poku is also a member of the Black Commercial Real Estate Network.

Poku graduated from Southern Methodist University with a major in economics and a minor in psychology.
