Kevin O’Boyle is a Senior Vice President with CBRE’s Dallas-Fort Worth Multifamily Investment Sales team. In 2021, O’Boyle earned three promotion titles, which is a testament to his incredibly hard work and business development acumen.
He joined CBRE in 2020 and in 2021, he and his team sold 93 assets comprising 25,839 units for a sales total $4.31 billion; this represented a 36% increase in volume from 2020. The team’s 2021 highlight involved the sale of Parkside at Craig Ranch, which included the record-breaking sale of Parkside at Craig Ranch, an 1,824-unit, five phase asset in McKinney, TX. Other notable sales he helped drive included the M-Line Tower and Armstrong at Knox in Dallas, and the Sevona four-property portfolio in Dallas, Houston and San Antonio.
Before joining CBRE, O’Boyle was with ARA Multifamily (now Newmark), where he helped execute more than $5 billion in multifamily transactions. He’s a member of the Urban Land Institute, The Real Estate Council and the TouchDown Club of Dallas. He also is part of the steering committee for the Northeast Texas Chapter of Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and a volunteer with the Special Olympics.
O’Boyle received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Texas Christian University.
