Post Brothers

Led Post’s acquisition of office-to-residential conversion properties totaling 1,000 units

Helped secure $360 million in financing for a 1,457-unit, mixed-use development

As Post Brothers’ Vice President of Acquisitions, Hayley Morris finds new acquisition opportunities, secures acquisition and construction financing, delegates due diligence and additional tasks and develops and organizes due diligence materials. To that end, she introduced and is helping the Post Brothers staff use new customer relationship management software to streamline communications and processes across the company.

She led Post’s acquisition of two office-to-residential conversion properties in Washington, D.C.; upon completion, they will have over 1,000 units at a combined $1-billion project cost. She also helped secure acquisition and construction financing (totaling $360 million) for a 1,457-unit, 1.84-square-foot, mixed-use development in Philadelphia’s Center City.

She began her career at Post as an intern in 2014 and joined the company full-time in 2016 after graduating from the University of Pennsylvania.

She is a member of Philadelphia-based Women in Real Estate and the Jewish Federation of Real Estate and volunteers for area organizations, including the Metropolitan Area Neighborhood Nutrition Alliance, Dress for Success and the Jewish Community Center.

These are just a few reasons we selected Hayley Morris as one of Connect CRE’s National 2024 Next Generation Award winners. Connect CRE’s seventh annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will strongly influence the commercial real estate industry.
