The Berkadia Seattle Investment Sales Team consists of David Sorensen, Mitchell Belcher, Steve Chattin, Jay Timpani, Chad Blenz, Brandan Lawler, George Pallis and Peter Dudunakis. Together, this group closed 54 transactions, surpassing $733 million in 2025.
Notable deals include handling the sales of Edgewood Park (Bellevue, WA) and the Reserve at Blueberry Park (Bremerton, WA). The latter deal aligned the Investment Sales Team, Berkadia’s Private Capital, and Affordable Housing Mortgage Banking groups.
