Scotta Ashcraft is an Executive Vice President with CBRE and has been a market leader in landlord representation since 1995. Over the course of her career, Ashcraft has been responsible for leasing and managing over 10 million square feet of office space throughout the Seattle Market. In 2025, she brought 76 deals to the closing table, totaling 1.2 million square feet.
Her current agency experience includes over five million rentable square feet of new construction and second-generation office space. Recent transactions involved Fortune 20 companies, Boeing, Regence, Corient, Seattle Times, Wilson Sonsini, Lindblad, SNAP, Casey Family Programs and Trade Desk. The Casey Family Programs deal represented one of the largest leases in downtown Seattle in 2025.
