Philip Assouad is Senior Managing Director, Investments, and Giovanni Napoli is Executive Managing Director, Investments, in the Seattle office of Institutional Property Advisors, a division of Marcus & Millichap. Since 2015, the duo has led a team that has listed and sold multifamily assets and urban infill development sites totaling $7.97 billion in sales. During 2025, the team closed 25 transactions, generating $924.4 million in sales volume.
Notable sales include Jackson, a 532-unit luxury mixed-use asset prominently situated at the pinnacle of Jackson Street in Seattle’s Central Area; Urbana, a 289-unit LEED Gold-certified multifamily community in Seattle’s South-After North neighborhood; and Skye, an iconic 371-unit apartment community featuring approximately 13,300 square feet of ground-floor retail space in the Denny Triangle.
