Based in Seattle, CBRE’s Andrew Hitchcock handles the acquisition and disposition of logistics, warehouse, and headquarters facilities for corporate clients across the United States. In 2025, he closed transactions totaling 3.1 million square feet.
Notable projects include a 300,000-square-foot lease (Dallas, TX), a $27.2-million sale-leaseback in Philadelphia, an expansion for Alaska Airlines at the IAC Commerce Center, Seattle, and a 119,459-square-foot lease for Evergreen Goodwill of Northwest.
