$1 billion

Cushman & Wakefield’s Puget Sound Multifamily Capital Markets Team includes Tim McKay, Daniel Chhan, Matthew Kemper, Byron Rosen, Dylan Roeter and Jacob Odegard. In 2025, the team handled 178 transactions, generating a total sales volume of $1 billion.

The team executed one of the year’s largest Seattle apartment deals with the $44-million sale of the 192-unit Lock Vista, and achieved premium pricing on Seattle’s Eastside with the $15.65-million sale of the 40-unit Timberlawn in Redmond, WA.

The group’s ability to deliver results on deals like the value-add Hawthorne and Greenlake Terrace assets demonstrated its skill in executing complex transactions and maximizing value for clients in a highly selective market.

These are some of the reasons we selected Cushman & Wakefield’s Puget Sound Multifamily Capital Markets Team as one of Connect CRE’s Seattle & Northwest Top Broker Award winners for 2026. These awards recognize industry professionals who have demonstrated the highest standards and transaction volumes in investment sales and leasing.
