Michael Dash is a Vice Chairman at CBRE, specializing in advising corporate occupiers on their real estate and the strategic management of leased office portfolios. He is also a member of CBRE’s Technology and Law Firm Practice groups. Notable clients include Accenture, Lane Powell and JPMorgan Chase.
In 2025, Dash completed 61 deals totaling 2.4 million square feet. Notable deals included several relocations and expansions for Composition Wealth, Lane Powell (Ballard Sphar), and Lululemon. He also helped a large financial firm consolidate several business units into a single building, expand their footprint, and negotiate deal terms that minimized the construction costs of their expansion.
