Joe Scalzo with the Neil Walter Group spearheaded 40 transactions in 2025, spanning 1.4 million square feet.
One notable deal featured a 309,711-square-foot lease transaction for a leading national logistics company. The landlord was reluctant to lower rent expectations. Still, Scalzo’s feel for the recently challenging Puget Sound market and his ability to communicate helped the landlord offer a rate agreeable to both parties.
Scalzo also represented BKM Capital Partners in its $22-million sale of a Snohomish County Business Park.
