The Cushman & Wakefield Boise Office Team includes Jen McEntee, Bree Wells and Braydon Torres. The team specializes in landlord and tenant representation and, during 2025, brought 76 deals to the closing table, totaling 434,526 square feet.
Notable transactions include representing tenant ACCO Engineered in a 37,500-square-foot lease to support its client, Micron, in its $15-billion expansion. The team also worked with Marvell Semiconductors to secure a 29,282-square-foot lease.
