JLL’s Corey Marx, David Young and Chris Ross handled transactions totaling $1.62 billion in 2025.
One notable highlight featured the $295-million closing of the 24-story, 654-unit Via6 in downtown Seattle. The property included 12,647 square feet of retail space. The team also spearheaded the $138-million sale of the Queen Anne Collection, a mixed-use development consisting of four retail buildings totaling 63,551 square feet and 245 multifamily units. The asset is on top of Queen Anne Hill.
