Tim Harris With Rosewood Repositions 156-Acre Plano Development for Housing, Mixed-Use Growth
As senior vice president of Rosewood Property Company, Tim Harris oversees multifamily development, from land acquisition through stabilization. His recent work in Texas has included a major master-planned redevelopment in Plano and a new luxury apartment community in Frisco.
In March 2026, Harris secured Plano City Council approval to revise the remaining undeveloped portions of the 156-acre Heritage Creekside into a walkable live-work-play district.
Harris also led Rosewood’s joint venture with MetLife Investment Management on the 382-unit Penrose in Frisco. The project broke ground in late 2025 within the 45-acre Southstone Yards master plan.
Before joining Rosewood, Harris worked at AMLI Residential, where he oversaw multifamily development in Texas, and StreetLights Residential, where his roles spanned construction, finance and asset management, and development.
He is a member of The Real Estate Council and Urban Land Institute and joined the board of Aggie Real Estate at Texas A&M University’s Mays Business School in 2025.
