Jason Berkowitz Grows RPM Living to 226,000 Units Under Management
Jason Berkowitz has expanded RPM Living from a 10-unit apartment acquisition he acquired near the University of Texas into one of the nation’s largest multifamily management platforms. As founder and CEO, Berkowitz guides the company’s strategic direction while overseeing property, asset and construction management activities across its portfolio.
Under his leadership, RPM Living grew to over 226,000 managed units, 180 corporate clients and more than 4,500 associates across 50 regional markets. The company reached No. 3 on the National Multifamily Housing Council’s Top 50 Largest Apartment Managers list.
Berkowitz also remains active on the investment side through RPM Living Investments. Among the company’s recent additions is the 380-unit Biscayne Shores in North Miami, FL.
These are some of the reasons why Jason Berkowitz was selected to receive ApartmentBuildings.com’s AB 100 Developer of the Year Award, which recognizes those who demonstrate creativity, skill and success in the multifamily industry.
