Jason Joseph Expands Trilogy to $750M AUM With Student Housing Debut
Jason Joseph has spent more than 26 years in real estate investment, finance, development and capital markets, participating in more than $1 billion in transactions before founding Trilogy Investment Company in 2021.
As CEO and managing partner, he has expanded Trilogy from a build-to-rent developer into a residential platform that includes land development, homebuilding, structured credit and student housing.
Under Joseph’s leadership, Trilogy’s assets under management nearly tripled to approximately $750 million while the company has expanded into new residential sectors and high-growth Sun Belt markets.
That diversification accelerated in 2026 with the formation of the Solomon Farms joint venture in Statesboro, GA. The master-planned community represents the company’s entry into student housing and includes an $83.2 million, 700-plus-bed student housing project. The larger development also will include build-to-rent townhomes, workforce housing, single-family homesites, retail, hospitality and commercial space.
Joseph also oversaw build-to-rent developments in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, and Austin, Texas, securing construction financing despite challenging capital markets, and expanded Trilogy’s for-sale housing platform through The Isling at Savannah Harbor.
Joseph serves on the Community Board of Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta–Forsyth and supports youth and family organizations including Young Life and Phase Family Center.
These are some of the reasons why Jason Joseph was selected to receive ApartmentBuildings.com’s AB 100 Developer of the Year Award, which recognizes those who demonstrate creativity, skill and success in the multifamily industry.
