Malanda Worrell
Executes strategy across six markets involving more than 170 brokers
Co-leads the company’s summer internship program
Malanda Worrell is Senior Vice President of Market Strategy & Operations for JLL’s Mid-Atlantic region, where she partners with leadership to design and execute strategy across six markets and more than 170 brokers. She aligns resources, talent and programming to strengthen market performance and broker engagement in Baltimore, MD and Norfolk and Richmond, VA.
Worrell co-leads JLL’s Mid-Atlantic Summer Internship Program, which hosts 12-plus interns annually and carries a strong conversion rate to full-time hires. She has served as JLL’s Black Professionals Network (BPN) Americas Operations Lead and plays an active role in advancing JLL’s Culture and Employee Experience efforts. Worrell leads the firm’s Brokerage Priorities 2025 Committee and was selected to participate in JLL’s 12-month Big Bet Coaching Program.
In the community, Worrell is a steadfast supporter of nonprofits, serving as Administrative and Special Events Support for Food & Friends. She is Chair of Wesley Housing’s Resident Services Committee and serves as a parent board member for Global Citizens Public Charter School. Additionally, Worrell volunteered with Make-A-Wish and Wider Circles.
JLL honored her several times with its Alliance Business Partner Award. She was named one of the Washington Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 honorees and an Innovator of the Year by Bisnow.
