Manages Accesso’s operations

Helped restructure the company’s property management department

Keli Wallace is Managing Director of Property Management with Accesso. She is responsible for managing Accesso’s portfolio operations.

She leads the firm’s regional property managers, who oversee a variety of assets in non-gateway markets throughout the U.S. She is also involved with the financial aspects of Accesso’s properties, serving as a liaison for the accounting and asset management groups to expedite requests related to property-level matters.

Wallace has been instrumental in restructuring Accesso’s property management department, including the addition of a “group manager” level to the organization. This provides property managers with daily support and assistance in problem-solving, while allowing director-level personnel to focus on broader strategy.

Thanks in part to Wallace’s efforts, Accesso received the TOBY and Pacesetter awards from BOMA’s Raleigh-Durham chapter.

Wallace is active in BOMA, having served as past chair of the Middle Atlantic Region, Immediate Past Co-Chair of the organization’s International Committee and Former Chair of BOMA Philadelphia. She is also on the board of Visitation BVM School in Kensington (Philadelphia) and the Philadelphia Chapter of Building Owner Labor Relations.

These are just a few reasons Keli Wallace is among the Washington DC & Mid-Atlantic Connect CRE 2025 Women in Real Estate Award winners. Connect CRE’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected leadership positions and taken on mentorship roles.
