A crucial force behind many of Post Brothers' most significant transactions
Jacqueline Kluger is the Senior Vice President of Portfolio Management with Post Brothers. She oversees all financing activities for the company, including construction loans, bridge financing and permanent loans. She works throughout the capital stack with senior debt, mezzanine debt, preferred equity, and common equity.
Kluger is a key driver behind Post Brothers’ business operations, working seamlessly across disciplines both internally and externally to advance projects. She has been a crucial force behind many of Post Brothers’ most significant transactions, pushing them forward even when the market was at a standstill.
One transaction focused on the $169.25-million refinance of the Piazza Portfolio, consisting of the 316-unit Piazza and the 88-unit Liberties Walk. Additionally, she completed the $431.6-million One Thousand One refinance, retiring the original senior and mezzanine construction loans with new senior, mezzanine and preferred equity.
Kluger is involved with the real estate community and frequently participates in various organizations and events. She works with Jewish Federation Real Estate as well as other women’s commercial real estate organizations, including Women in Real Estate (WIRE). She routinely engages in mentorship, offering guidance and sharing her experience with professionals entering the industry.
