Trish Belaire is a senior property manager with Granite Properties. Her main responsibility is managing the company’s mixed-use, 557,000-square-foot McKinney & Olive in Dallas’ Uptown submarket.

In this role, Belaire provides leadership, direction and supervision to the property’s management team. She trains, mentors and develops staff, as well as supervising operating and capital expenditures and planning. Belaire also oversees the building’s customer engagement program called TogetherWeConnect®.

Under Belaire’s leadership, McKinney & Olive received the BOMA International TOBY Award and the Kingsley Excellence Award.

In addition, Belaire’s team coordinates and partners with property customers to support charities, including the North Texas Food Bank, Earl Young’s Team, Project Lorenzo, the Friendship House and Little Hands Book Bank. Belaire participates in other Granite volunteer endeavors, including making peanut butter and jelly sandwiches to benefit the Austin Street Center, a homeless shelter and preparing Comfort Care Bags for Leukemia Texas and My Umbrella.
