Grigsby oversees construction financing and asset management for TDC’s pipeline, which currently exceeds 5.9 million square feet of construction projects. During her career, she has completed over $4 billion in debt financing across a diverse range of development projects—one recent achievement involved securing financing for the 17-acre, mixed-use RO in Houston.
Grigsby was the second woman to serve as president of NAIOP’s Houston Chapter in the organization’s 30-year history. Other organizational roles she held include treasurer and board member. Grigsby’s additional industry involvement includes ULI Houston (Management Committee), Scenic Houston (Chair, First Vice Chair, Second Vice Chair, and Board Member), and CREW Houston (President and Board Member). She also serves on the University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business: Real Estate Program Executive Advisory Board.
Grigsby was named to GlobeSt/Real Estate Forum’s Women Leading Real Estate and Women of Influence lists.
