Allison Brooks is the founder and CEO of B2 Design Co. Since the company’s launch in 2007, Brooks and her team have collaborated with clients including Crow Holdings, Hall Group, Matthews Southwest, Rosewood Property Company, AMLI Residential, Trammell Crow Residential, Somerby, Virtu and others on designing built space.
The company recently completed the HALL Park Hotel in Frisco, as well as The Thompson Palm Springs for Hall Group, Modera Trinity and Modera Trailhead for Mill Creek Residential Partners, and The Ludlow for Rosewood Property Company.
Brooks led the expansion of B2 Design Co. into new markets, establishing offices in Chicago, Miami, and Chapel Hill, NC.
She is a mentor with The Real Estate Council, a member of The Hockaday School Board of Visitors, and helped launch The Hockaday Real Estate group, which supports alumni and students interested in real estate. Brooks is active with ULI, the Dallas Architecture Forum and other civic and industry groups.
Brooks is on the Advisory Board of The University of Texas School of Architecture and a recipient of the Longhorn 100. She established the Endowed Blake Allison Brooks Scholarship at The University of Texas School of Architecture. Additionally, Brooks serves as a guest juror for the AIA Philadelphia Awards, a guest speaker at industry conferences and events, and a mentor to young talent entering the architecture, engineering, and construction industries.
