Youngest broker on Cushman & Wakefield’s top 100 global producers’ list

Morgan Relyea Colt, Cushman & Wakefield Executive Managing Director, provides tenant-representation services in Houston and across the U.S. She has closed 443 deals worth more than $2.1 billion in transaction value and 11.1 million square feet over the past 13 years.

Last year, she closed 56 transactions across the U.S. on nearly 800,000 square feet of commercial space.

Colt is involved with the Barbara Bush Houston Literacy Foundation, co-founded the foundation’s Young Professionals Group and served as Chair for three years. She is an Executive Board Member of the Neeley Center for Real Estate at Texas Christian University and is actively involved with Yellowstone Academy, a part of Yellowstone Schools. Colt is also involved with Texas Children’s Hospital and Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure, heads her daughter’s Girl Scouts troop and volunteers with Hunters Creek Elementary and its children’s and family events as well as her daughter’s Girl Scouts troop.       

Colt is the youngest broker on Cushman & Wakefield’s top 100 global producers’ list and is a fixture in the firm’s top 10 Houston producers’ list. She became the youngest member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Advisory Board and spent three years as Co-Chair of Mentoring & Training for the firm’s Tenant Advisory Group. She also served as the National Chair for the Cushman & Wakefield Future Leaders employee resource group, where she led approximately 1,000 future leaders.

She has been honored by GlobeSt/Real Estate Forum (Women of Influence), Business Insider (Rising Star of Real Estate), Connect CRE (Next Generation Award), CoStar (Power Broker Awards) and the Houston Business Journal (Heavy Hitter and Women to Watch).
