Lauren Kelch is CBRE’s Property Management Market Leader for Houston. Her duties include cultivating a positive team environment, recruiting and integrating top talent, consistently achieving CBRE growth targets and focusing on an investor-focused, owner-minded hospitality approach.
Prior to joining CBRE in late 2025, Kelch was Hines’ Director of Client Experience, spearheading the company’s partnership with Forbes Travel Guide. She also worked for the Patrinely Group, where she led property management for a 15-million-square-foot U.S. portfolio of assets.
Kelch is involved in giving back to the community. For five years running, she has served as a “Giving Gown Fairy Godmother” for a local non-profit, providing gently used prom gowns and empowering underprivileged teenage girls. She is also involved with Martha’s Kitchen, a church group dedicated to preparing meals for those in need. She is an active member of Faithbridge Church, demonstrating her commitment to faith and community.
