Handled the second-largest lease in the Inland Empire
As an Avison Young Senior Vice President, Sally Zesut represents landlords, tenants, sellers, buyers and developers of industrial and office real estate on their local, regional and national projects.
Notable deals included tenant representation of a 179,000-square-foot lease in Redlands, CA and a one million-square-foot lease on 11281 Citrus Ave. in Fontana, CA. She brokered one of the top lease deals in Fontana, as well as the second-largest industrial lease in the Inland Empire, totaling 1 million square feet and valued at over $120 million.
Zesut serves on the UCLA Ziman Center for Real Estate’s Board of Directors as a sustaining member and was a speaker at the UCI Paul Merage School of Business 2025 Orange County Economic Outlook Summer Forecast in June. She is part of the Foundation Board of California State University’s Development and Gift Acceptance Committee.
Her industry and community activities include serving on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO CA), leadership positions with the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO LA), and volunteering for the United Way Home Walk and the Posse Foundation Annual Golf Tournament.
Zesut has received numerous awards from CoStar, the Orange County Business Journal’s Women’s Business Council, the Los Angeles Times, Bisnow, GlobeSt and Avison Young.
