Oversees operations at the 1.3-million-square-foot, 37-acre SD Tech by Alexandria
Former president of CREW San Diego
As Executive Director of Asset Services at Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc., Liz Doll handles operations in San Diego’s SD Tech by Alexandria — a 1.3-million-square-foot, 37-acre campus.
She oversees 14 buildings in Sorrento Valley, ensuring mission-critical environments for biotech, pharmaceutical, and tech innovators are optimized for research and collaboration. Doll handles operations, accounting, vendor management, tenant engagement, amenity programming, redevelopment planning and hiring and leading campus staff. One notable action led to securing a UPS Store lease at the property.
Through Doll’s long involvement with CREW San Diego, she launched mentorship pipelines, supported scholarship winners and expanded university outreach through UCREW and other initiatives.
As the 2024 President of CREW San Diego, she achieved record membership growth while restructuring sponsorships and committees. She is currently working with the current CREW president to launch CREW Table, an invite-only peer leadership group for ownership-side professionals. Doll has also launched peer-to-peer leadership groups, developed mentorship pipelines and supported scholarship winners who are advancing in the industry.
Doll was a panelist at the national CREW Network convention and has been a guest on BMC Talks, a University of San Diego real estate leadership podcast.
These are just a few reasons Liz Doll is among the California Connect CRE 2025 Women in Real Estate Award winners. Connect CRE’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected leadership positions and taken on mentorship roles.
