Kristen Croxton is a principal and co-founder of Arcus Harbor Real Estate Capital, where she oversees the company’s strategic direction and operations. She leads efforts to provide innovative financing solutions for multifamily acquisitions and refinancings, drawing on her extensive expertise in various loan structures. She manages client relationships, ensures successful deal execution and drives the firm’s growth.
Croxton and her team used Lument Bridge solutions to facilitate the acquisition of two non-stabilized multifamily properties: a 144-unit asset in Lafayette, IN ($17.0 million) and a 222-unit apartment complex in Noblesville, IN ($36 million).
She is an active member of CREW, where she has held many leadership roles. She is on the advisory board of the Orange County chapter and co-chairs the CREW Network’s Multifamily Council. Croxton is also a member of the Project Review and Finance Committee for Innovative Housing Opportunities. Overall, she takes pride in mentoring the next generations, whether through CREW’s formal Mentor program or referrals from others.
Croxton was named a Top CRE Dealmaker by ApartmentBuildings.com, as well as being selected as one of ConnectCRE’s Top Mortgage Brokers & Lenders and Women in Real Estate. Additional accolades came from GlobeSt./Real Estate Forum (Rainmakers in CRE Debt, Equity & Finance and Women of Influence) and Fannie Mae (Rainmaker).
